Every project is different, so we prepare a tailored estimate based on the scope, requirements, timeline, and resources needed. Once we understand what you’re looking to achieve, we can provide a clear estimate of the expected effort and cost.
What do you need from me to prepare an estimate?
Anything that helps us understand the project — a brief, requirements, designs, references, existing website or product, and your expected timeline. If designs already exist, we’ll review them before estimating the development work.
What pricing model do you use?
We primarily work on a Time & Materials basis. This gives projects more flexibility as requirements evolve while keeping the work, time spent, and costs transparent.
How do we communicate during a project?
We usually work directly with your team in a shared Slack channel and provide regular status updates. We also use Google Meet, Zoom, email, Figma, and other tools depending on the project.
How do you handle feedback and changes?
We work iteratively and involve your team throughout the project. Feedback is usually collected through Slack, Figma, and regular calls, allowing us to refine the work continuously rather than waiting until the end.
How many people will work on my project?
It depends on the scope. We assemble the team around the skills the project requires, which can include UX/UI designers, visual designers, Webflow developers, and other specialists. Because the team works within the same processes and tools, we can scale involvement as the project evolves.
